Dirty hotel We booked this hotel because we had stayed at the Extended Stay America close to the Domain. We travel with our dog and we needed a hotel that did not overcharge for bringing a pet. First impression when we walked in was that this location did not smell clean - as a matter of fact it did not smell well at all. We got to our room and immediately noted that it was not clean. Rather stay in my car than here again! Allows Pets but has no facilities for cleaning up after them - watch where you walk!! Floor in my room was so filthy, it made my gray socks BLACK. One of the two chairs was missing a wheel and nearly dumped me on the floor on first attempting to sit there, other chair slanted forward and was as comfortable as sitting on unfinished plywood. First Impression Only one person checking people in. The gentleman in front of me had a problem so it took longer than expected to get checked in. Then when we went to our our it had not been cleaned...this was 3:30 p.m. We had to be at a party at 5. After several calls that were answered by a service my husband walked down to the desk and was given a new room. Even though it was a no smoking room, there was a faint smell of smoke. Maintenance Issues Holes in door and walls need to be repaired. Water faucet in tub leaks perpetually. Poor maintenance at this location!
Killer smoke odors in non smoking room I had a non smoking room that was so nasty I woke up at 3am nauseated. Tried sleeping w a clean twel over my nose. Did not help. I went to desk and asked for another room, none avail. They gave me a bottle of febreeze and a clean blanket. The room was very cold. The smoker set air at 60 w fan on high to cover his tracks . Blankets sofa curtains , everything smelled. I got person from front desk to see for herself. No call back from manager. My stay should have been free!
It is a old Hotel the carpet in the Hallway smells need to be change. It is a exstended stay no ironing board is in the room. Had to go ask for one it took about an hur before we recieved one!!!
Not Recommended Service was not what is to be expected from this kind of business -AT ALL!!!
One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. I had to stay here because all hotels in the area were booked.
