Exactly where where you need to stay The front desk Stay are so awesome and nice and thoroughly what customer service is and should be even though they are under staffed because of covid they still attend to their guest

I loved everything about my experience there friendly people my room was very large the king size bed was perfect

I've done a decent amount of traveling. This was my first time doing it for an evac. The service provided by Mr. KENNETH and the rest of his crew made me feel a lot less stressed out. I would definitely come visit again if I ever travel to Austin, but only if Mr. Ken is still at this location. He made sure my stay was comfortable, and it was nice to come out the room and have someone to joke with for a bit.

Mr. Ken is simply the best. He made my stay enjoyable. I was bummed he was off work my last day in town. (Due to Covid, the pool and free breakfast are unavailable. And the laundry room needs some work.)

Never anyone at the front desk. Had to call & ring several times.
