Feels like home Never once have I had a bad experience at this location, the staff is always friendly and treats you like family. I enjoy my little talks with them and it's also nice that they remember the things you've discussed with them. The staff genuinely cares about you the guest not just you as the guest.

Affordable and clean. Good location. Nothing to be concerned about. Definitely will stay at again.

Surprisingly nice hotel, comfortable and clean. We stayed in two rooms from Saturday to Sunday and the hotel was actually better than I expected. After reading the reviews I expected a run-down, hole in the wall hotel, but I was actually very pleased with everything, from the politeness of the staff, cleanliness of the room, and the fact that we had a speedy check-in and check-out.

The hotel was in a nice location, there was used soap in the bathroom, a weird smell when we first arrived (we opened the windows the air out the room), and the counters didn't seem clean. We were only staying for one night and thanks to SXSW, there were not a lot of rooms available, so we stayed. The grab and go breakfast was empty.
