Check in was fast, room was in perfect condition and checking out a snap! Well managed hotel!

The best place to stay in Round Rock South I have stayed at this location before. Last August. Because of that experience it made me come back again. They had an issue with their internet upon check-in but they took care of me right away and did not make me wait to get to my room. I believe the gentleman who took care of me at the front counter both visits I think his name was Cato. Very nice very professional and not to mention very cute. Nice Hotel Very clean room, spacious with small kitchen, good location in Round Rock. Reasonable price. You can get a cup of coffee in the morning with a snack.

I was pressed under short notice for accommodations for a memorial service so It was able to meet my needs for a unexpected travel situation.

Location where I needed to be The hotel staff (all nice young people) were very pleasant and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. Morning coffee was very good. "Free breakfast" was a bit of an exaggeration, sometimes consisting of granola bars and/or instant oatmeal.

Very secluded and private area but it reeked of cigarettes and the rooms weren't clean very well, still had trash under the beds. It was decent for the time being, and the urgency but if I had the option of staying elsewhere, I would've.

There was hair all over the place in the room and bathroom. Shower was not clean. Shower curtain was dirty. The room had a funky smell. The hallway smelled like smoke. The gentleman who checked us in was very pleasant but the woman who checked us out was not. The door was hard to open and close. The other guests doors were the same as there was lots of door slamming going on at all hours of the day and night.
