Unpleasant Experience Adrian was the one that checked me in and was very unprofessional and rude, had a really bad attitude not just toward me but also with another lady checking in. When I checked out Cory the assistant manager another person rude. Besides I will NEVER book here again. It looks like both of those employees need to be retrained and specially with manners. Fuimos a Austin con el principal fin de asistir a la carrera de F1. Buscamos un hotel economico, pero con todas las comodidades, como siempre lo hago, soy usuaria de Hotels.com. y despues de mucho buscar en este caso, escogimos este hotel ubicado al norte de Austin.Nada economico, por cierto. Round Rock ES for Formula 1 weekend The room was not clean. There were someone's used, dirty napkins in the silverware drawer (and no silverware, cups, etc.). There was food particles on the refrigerator by the stove. There were also no hangers in the closet, or spare blankets.

Luke Warm Experience the opportunity to stay in this hotel was mixed. although on the surface the room looked clean, close examination of the room revealed that the room was in the process of having work done on the walls (the walls where not painted), the toilet was dirty (stains), and the room was dusty. So, on a scale of 1 - 10 the room get a generous "4". We will not be using this hotel again.

Old Hotel. Bad amenities. Dishes old and rusted. Breakfast is coffee and granola bars. This is misrepresentation.

Air conditioner wasn't on, wait for 1 hour so I could sleep! I did a late check in and customer service didnt have knowledge of my reservation. In the morning also other with bad attitude.

Horrible We were down for a funeral. After services we go to check in and was told our room was not clean and no housing staff and that was the last room that was available. We booked a week ahead of time so if your booked why not make sure all rooms are clean when guest arrive. Due to it been labor day all hotel in area was booked up. I offer to change and disinfect the bed and bath room if they could discount the room. We were extremely tired after a 6 hour drive and 2 hour service and two small kids.
