One of the elevators, Car 2, sounded and felt like it would fall and kill you any second. Every light, the clock, and the TV were all unplugged, I had to crawl around to get them going. Worst of all, I reserved a smoking room, they have switched to nonsmoking and didn't even think I might like to know.

Breakfasts bar could improve or be changed around a bit. Same snacks everyday.

Austin hotel Breakfast was not included, only coffee. Old bag of chips behind nightstand. Limited outlets, no outlets by either bed or nightstand. Smoke detector was hanging from wires.

Nice hotel but....... The hotel is in a great area but there were some long term guests that made you feel uncomfortable by sitting in the halls on their phones and you had to step over them. I would not recommend it for single women of women traveling alone with small children. Once you are in your room you feel safe but the hallways and lobby and parking lot not so much!

We were in room 223. Door to the room wouldn't open. Bathroom door wouldn't close. There were many hairs in the towels. I never leave reviews but I was a little disappointed
