Great staff and comfortable room. No ice machine and expensive vending machine, but otherwise a great experience.

Overbooked and understaffed Everything was fine except y'all overbooked and I was left out in the cold. Literally. It's not the only time. I also had some belongings missing on another date same hotel. Please don't ignore these things. They will cost you in the long run

Attention to dstails Overall our experience staying at Extended Stay America was good, but I have to say that we got a bad impression when see refrigerator, it looked old and rusty outside.

O.K., for a short visit... You get exactly what you pay for... Very basic with limited amenities in the room. Had a microwave, fridge, sink but no glasses, plates, utensils or coffee maker. And not the hotels fault, but be ready to wake up early as everyone slams their doors at the crack of dawn.
