Convenient location, but lacking facilities Room could have been more comfortable. It was hard to get out of (to the streets/highways). Needs automated front doors. Upstairs occupant was VERY noisy. Could use more TV channels.

Great stay - I did not have any issues but there were several people in the lobby waiting for someone at the front desk...for like 20 minutes.. they approached me thinking I worked there. Really late like midnight..i think they were trying to check in.. Maybe some kind of bell would be handy

Was ok. Room was configured in strange way. Tv was very low to ground difficult to watch while lying in bed. When you arrive in the room the toilet bowl had not been cleaned, was do doo remnants floating in bowl disgusting. Also hotel is a bit difficult to get to because of odd location alongside large highway intersections.

Not enough towels & trash cans in room. Also lights did not work & one of outlets did not work.

DECENT STAY! Not the best hotel but staff was friendly! Could have a better breakfast other than coffee and oatmeal!

A place to stay in Austin. Austin can be expensive for hotels and this place was one of the less expensive options. It wasn't a bad room, but a lot of weird things happened while I was there. I fight in the parking lot, a person who had some sort of medical emergency in their room. Probably neither was the hotel's fault, but it just seemed beyond the ordinary.

Room not cleaned! When we checked in we were sent to a room that was still in the process of being cleaned, then second room was clean. Then after the first night, our room was not cleaned or the bed made. The one positive notes was the man at the from desk allowed me to send him an e-mail so that I could get a printed copy of our boarding pass.
