Gave us what we needed. No frills just fine. Checked in late, but we were taken care of. No frills, but that's what we were looking for.
Can't expect much... It wasn't the best experience. But not the worst either. The bed sheets didnt smell dirty but they did have hair intertwined with the fabric. They could definitely work on giving the building some tlc.
Different Place Than Previous Reviews Indicated! I read other reviews after I booked and was concerned. But as soon as I walked in and was greeted by a friendly young lady at the counter I felt better. She was courteous, polite and helpful. The room, grounds, common areas & hallways were all clean and well kept. The parking lot and entry ways were well lit so I felt safe and secure. I enjoyed my stay and would return should the need arise.
nice and clean Had a good nights sleep nice and quiet area. Will ask for this hotel again when working in this area of Texas.
Booked a non-smoking room through Expedia and was given a smoking room at check-in. According to the staff the reservation from Expedia was for a smoking room. Couldn't stay there, so I really can't say whether the accommodations would have been better if I had received a non-smoking room. Location of hotel wasn't very ideal.
About 50% overpriced...unless u need location Hotel and rooms not that clean or attractive. No utensils. No cups. Highway noise considerable. Nothing within walking distance. Breakfast is packaged granola bars or packaged muffins. I woke up very hungry, but lost my appetite when I saw my breakfast choices. I didn't get soap or shampoo either. I can get a similar room for $30 less with cups, soap and maybe some juice and an apple for breakfast. This place seems to be all about maximizing profit and minimizing customer value.
