Slow Check In Check in took about 2 hours because there was only one clerk and the rooms were fully booked. The computer link to Expedia was not working and we had to pay at the desk even with the receipt I received on the phone. They need more clerks at heavy check in times.

Good but frustrating Good stay except no hot water our first night and one elevator was out of order. Just frustrating for the money we spent.

Inexpensive Option This is an inexpensive option when you just need a place to sleep for the night. Called ahead to inform them that I may not be in to get my room until 9:30-10:00 p.m. instead of the 3:00 p.m. check in. Elizabeth said she would note that and not give my room away thinking I was a no-show. Not a fancy, luxury, hotel with a spa, pool, breakfast buffet, but like I said, good for the money. I have stayed here several times and would stay there again.

Don't expect WiFi - Otherwise good value This hotel should stop advertising 'free WiFi.' This would be a very good value hotel EXCEPT they still play the 2 Tier Internet game--and badly. Seems to me many hotels are ceasing this 'take you hostage' business model to get a few extra bucks: Slow Speed is free and 'Hi Speed' (?) for a fee. But the hotels that still do this at least give you enough capacity to paint a Google Map to some destination. This hotel has it adjusted so low it is unusable. Convenient location, but lacking facilities Room could have been more comfortable. It was hard to get out of (to the streets/highways). Needs automated front doors. Upstairs occupant was VERY noisy. Could use more TV channels.
