Very disappointed I came To town for a family emergency, the Staff screwed up my reservation, kicked me out even tho my reservation clearly showed I had Till the next day. They showed zero compassion did not offer any assistance with adjusting my reservation

Wasn't too thrilled about the stay When I went to check in, the person was rude and on their phone. Was not pleased at all. The walls are supper thin, I could hear everything next door to me and could hear the person walking in their room above me. I wouldn't stay here again.

Car was broken into, literally in front of the entrance. Wasn't told until checkout the next day. The bed was comfortable, but the whole experience and them not being liable or having cameras on the exterior made me regret staying here.
Good Idea, No execution The extended stay model is a good idea for short and long term customers. However, it is a hands off management and due to the reduced staff there it lacks a lot of the guest attention that is present with other properties. Resultantly there is not much timely attention to residents concerns. Air con was defective for 7 days. You have to request clean towels, dishes and other amenities that are advertised on the net. Was not impressed by this hotel. When we walked in it smelled of smoke even though we asked for a non smoking room. You could here the TV from next door.

Needs better customer service Booked my room on hotels.com. Arrived for check-in around 11pm on Oct 1st and the girl behind the counter was extremely rude and had no clue what she was doing. Gave us somebody else's info that was staying at the hotel and then told us we couldn't check in because they were full. Hotels.com found us an awesome room right across the street.

I checked in late but there was no one at the counter at all for almost 2 hrs. But hotels.com did refund me completely
