Don’t waste your money Wasn’t informed until check in that you have to pay $100 extra for a deposit. Non smoking room, overwhelmingly smells like cigarette smoke & the Tv didn’t work. All this was brought to the attention of multiple staff members but yet nothing was done & no discount. Don’t waste your time or money at this hotel.

I stayed here for section playoffs but arrived late to check in. They "upgraded" my room to a king size bed when I requested 2 queens, no one contacted me. They had no other rooms to give me so I had to sleep w people I don't sleep with.

Easy to find. Friendly staff.clean room would recommend this hotel and would gladly stay the next time I'm in Bakersfield CA. Close to Buck Owens crystal palace good entertainment and food was surprising good
