Cold shower Would have been a comfortable stay however in the morning there was no hot water in the shower. Waited about 15 min for the water to warm up but it never did so we had to take cold showers. Called the front desk and they said there was nothing they could do.

avoid please renovation gone wrong- bed not comfortable, pillow seems flat- carpet very dirty, drains are just open waiting for belongings to fall! door takes forever to open, breakfast is not really called breakfast- coffee and some pastry - i just feel bugs are all hiding under the sheets- so filthy in all!

Not the best Hotel advertised fee breakfast, but it's only coffee and a packaged muffin or granola bar. The kitchenette had no dishes, pots, pans, or silverware making it impossible to cook. There was no dish soap or sponge as well.

Car Broken into, Management did not care. My car was broken into at this Bakersfield Extended stay, my conclusion management does not care about you, only your money. As I continued my 151 day journey across and back again over the US, I never stayed at another Extended Stay!!!I Neither Bakersfield nor has corporate sent anything let a "we Are So Sorry" letter. Okay... The bed was very, very uncomfortable and there was a leak somewhere in the bathroom vent that kept me up all night. I was on the first floor, next to the stairs and the exit to the back parking lot. Very loud!

We showed up in the am, slept, and left. The television choices were terrible....saw a cockroach.

Extended stay is a mis-nomer Clean, nicer and new, but...Nothing in kitchen. No cookware, no silverware, no dishes, no cups, not even a coffee pot. Shampoo/conditioner was awful and ridiculously small.

Honest or Dishonest? I left a Anniversary card on the side table nightstand of the bed, for my wife when she woke up after I left early in the morning. She saw the car on the nightstand and thought it was a notepad, so she did not take it with her. The envelope contained an anniversary card with a gift card to Macys. I am not looking for the hotel to replace the card but just to consider that I did not take it with me by accident.
