Staffs are nice, but my friend and I both got skin rashes after stay there.

Very unpleasant experience! There is no hair dryer in the room or from the reception. No coffee or tea, no coffee maker, no cups in the room. The phone has no dialing tone even though we were assigned the handicapped room. We were told that AC and back door were not working upon checkin. The carpet was filthy and the room had a strong odor.

We spent the first night with a toilet that would not flush. Ok, things happen, but after reporting it several times, we would finally told it would be fixed when the maintenance guy came in at 9 am the next day. No problem, we were going to be gone all day. Upon our return after a very long HOT day, toilet still will not flush! We are told we will have to change rooms. Bad stay. Every person in your party must give them an ID. So they can sell your info. The room temperature is preset. They know what makes you comfortable.

Do Not Recommend The actual attendant was very accommodating and nice, however the area and condition of the room almost had us getting back into our car to continue another 10 hrs of driving! We stayed only because our children could not bare to get back into the car.

Disappointing stay! This was my first, and last, stay at Extended Stay. When I arrived, I was too early to check in as my my "category" of room had not yet been cleaned. The gal at the desk said she would call me when it was ready in about an hour. After almost two hours and no call, I went back. Room was ready but no call. Room itself was large as it included a kitchenette area but no coffee maker, no dishes (not even a paper cup!), no silverware, no hairdryer. Every thing about this place seemed difficult. Check in took a long time. The bed was not comfy and we had to call to ask for a hairdryer. Nothing is in the room except soap and towels and 2 plastic cups. Not as advertised. Would definitely not return.

Just Dont Terrible. Hair all over the bathroom floor. Called down to front desk and they grudgingly brought us a broom! No daily service. Pitiful towels and linens. Dirty feeling to whole hotel. Homeless roaming parking lot.
