One of the best ESA used to date
After a long few hours of driving through the rain on New Years Eve with my pup, I was happy to arrive and be checked in by the very helpful and kind front desk associate Nick. The first pet room I was assigned smelled so strongly of pet urine that I actually gagged - and I live with pets so for it to be that awful was a big deal! The room had only 1 chair at table, we requested another, but the staff failed to provide one, so I had to eat sitting on the bed. We requested 2 different times - request was ignored
