Bad neighborhood but good motel

The room was clean. There were no usb outlets. The bathtub/shower faucet leaked a substantial stream of water. The desk clerk seemed unconcerned. I would guess 150 - 200 gallons of water per day went down the badly stained drain.

It is very clean
Everything was fine however there were quite a few transients hanging around the area.

Unclean! 2 days I walked past a cockroach in the hallway before I told staff they needed to sweep as they had dead cockroachs in the hallway. Poor cleanliness. Also saw dead bugs in the drawers in the kitchenette area. Terrible and need new staff!
