Asked for non smoking room, got room that had smokers and heavy deodorizer that was actually worse than the smoke- smelled awfull

Do not let them copy your credit card We arrived and the hotel staff told me they needed my id and credit card to photocopy necause they would run it in the am. I refused to allow them to do so and they told me that was their policy. We left and went to a different hotel, which we booked through expedia as well. However expedia charged me for both rooms and failed to refund my funds stating hotel policy.
Expected way more from an Extended Stay My stay was very disappointing to say the least. The room needed major updating and just felt dirty. My shower head was broken and sprayed water out of the top and all over the bathroom. The shower curtain rod was broken and hanging off of the wall, making it so that the curtain wouldn't even close. I was too lazy to go ask for another room so i delt with it. It was also a bit noisy. Wouldn't stay again.

Stay away! I picked this hotel to save money, but next time I will not mind spending more. The environment was not pleasant and neither was the staff. There were cigaret butts on the carpet of the room.

Worst stay at Americans best! The worst place I ever staying in! The heat did not work and there was a snow storm the same day! I called the front desk to complain at 11:36pm keep in mind I just drove from another state and didn't check in til 10:40pm and the front desk closed at 11:00pm! The laundry guy answered the phone and said it's nothing he could do because he only washed the laundry and he can't place me in another room!
