Terrible It was terrible and smelt strongly of smoke

Wouldnt stay again Hotel smelled like cigarettes, the area looked dangerous, not good experience overall

Okay room with an unwanted guest There was a cricket in my room under the fridge that chirped all night. Front office said they would send someone at 9 am the next day.

Overnight stay Hotel offers shuttle service to the airport but it does not start until 6:00 am. That is too late for people like us that had an early flight. Cab service called was of no help. Room was musty smelling inside. Room overall was clean. Lobby was open 7 am to 11 pm. Not very convenient.

Horrible customer service Drove all the way from Oklahoma and was told we could stay because we were 20 years old. Called ahead of time to make sure of the age and was told that you could be under 21 to check but THAT WAS NOT THE CASE. Not happy at all!

DO NOT STAY HERE! ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC! Smelly and dirty hotel. Staff was beyond rude and ghetto. Check in is at 3:30 pm, I arrived at 3pm, asked for early chcek in. Was rudely told no way. Ok fine, I can understand that... so how about the time that your fine print reads...check in at 3:30 pm. NOPE! At 5pm they were still trying to locate a room for my family. I ended up leaving, booking another hotel room. Couldnt take it anymore. When asked for a refund, was denied. Worst place ever!

Like staying in a ghetto The toilet did not flush, mold and mildew on the ceiling of the shower and when showering water dripped from the ceiling. All the walks outside my room were filled with cigarette butts and for hours in the evening there were cars cruising the parking area with music so loud it rattled the windows. I could not reach anyone by phone and when I went to the office to report the problems they said someone would check it out in the next couple of days!

We arrived at 2:53pm to a very small Lobby after 21/2 hr drive. The front desk would not let us check in until 3pm. Was only 7 min & they wouldn't let us check in. We asked if they had a rest room we could use & we were told no. We had to go back out & get in our car & drive somewhere else to use the rest room. When we came back we checked in & given a key for a room. We had to carry our bags up to the 2nd floor as there are no elevators. When we got to our room, it wasn't even cleaned or made up yet. Not a good hotel for a nigh in transit at BWI Called for a van at 10:04. Told van stopped at 10:00. Maid walked in in the morning despite the locked door and the do not disturb sign. Morning van was 25 minutes late and the driver was rude. Expressed my concerns to the front desk and was told "Sounds like your day is even worse than mine".
