very rude staff have to wait 2 hrs outside, in the night, as the key was not working. there were no maintainance guy atvthat time. thd guy at the he reception was rude. thel only thing they had to do is change the battery of the door lock. finally the shuttle driver solved the problem. i also complained about the toilet flush and the maintainace guy came a after two days to check it and did nothing.

TV was analog only, no High definition. Very few channels worked on TV. Refrigerator was leaking water on floor. Waited until almost 7:20 AM to check out. No one arrived, I left to catch my flight. Will not use Extended Stay in the future.

Pay a little more, sleep a whole lot better I booked this hotel because it was cheap and my flight was delayed overnight. It was not a good experience. First, I waited an hour for a shuttle - and the hotel was only about two miles from the airport. I would have taken a cab, but I called the hotel every fifteen minutes or so and was told each time that the shuttle was "just five minutes away." From Resort Living To The Last Resort Had to change room due to clogged toilet. Guests next door decided to come on balcony and smoke skunk weed, which was sucked into our room by outside air conditioner. Breakfast single granola bars, packaged muffins, and coffee. No juice, milk, or water.
