Adequate for short stay if you're stranded, if you don't mind the possibility of AC not working, or having no towels, or a mattress that was not clean (other guests reported these things while I was waiting in check-in line).

Stay here if you want to sleep in a pee bed We got a queen bed room. Once we laid down, I felt something wet. It was next to my leg, so we originally though I might just have wet legs. However, overtime, the wet spot expanded and it smelled TERRIBLE. The yellow stain spanned overtime and it's obviously from the mattress. We tried to ask for another room or another mattress to replace the pee-soaking one. However, the staff said that we can either put few more sheets on or leave. Mediocre Be aware no breakfast, some prepackaged muffins and granola bars, coffee no juice. Bed ok but sheets not good quality.

Horrible stay The air conditioner was broken in my room they did not send anybody to fix it I was hot and whelmed up not even staying the night because it was so unbearable. I stayed the first night everything was fine the second night everything broke.

Not an enjoyable hotel stay Room was too small though it was classified as a handicapped accessible unit. Refrigerator was loud and kept me awake each night. Staff wasn't helpful and worked very slow. Could hear the people in the unit above each time they walked across the floor, reported this to the hotel staff but nothing was resolved. Definitely wasn't worth the money.

Not clean The room was not very clean. Hair in the bath tube , food crumbs on floor. No ice machine.. Called down for an early wake up call and the person said use the clock in room.. Would never stay there again.. pillows stink

Tired and smelled like cigarettes. This hotel was disgusting. It reeked of cigarettes and in my opinion did NOT represent the Extended Stay America brand. The employees were nice but looked unkempt.
