You get what you pay for, and it's not much. The airport shuttle who left "right away" took 25 minutes to pick me up when the hotel is 2 miles from the airport. The hotel doors open to the outside like a motel. I was given a room that smelled like smoke, even though it's a non-smoking room. The second room smelled gross. I went to take a shower at 11p.m. when I arrived, and there was no shampoo. No one would bring me any, so I had to go out in the rain to get some. We originally went to the wrong hotel (there is another extended stay America about 1/4 mile away). Once we got to this one, there were some super shady people checking in. Did not feel safe. Once we got our keys, we walked around the entire parking lot to our room that was on the opposite side of the lobby at 1:30am. Our room was disgusting. Nothing to wash your hands with, shower was dirty, beds were average. We only stayed about 8 hours to sleep and bolted back to the airport to catch our flight. Would not recommend.

Don't do it to yourself There are plenty of better hotels in the area. Poor cleanliness, bathroom tub peeling, kitchen old and in bad condition.

Disappointed I had to bring in air freshener due to the room smelling like someone had been smoking. There was only 1 wash cloth so my husband had to use hand towel to take a shower. Will not be staying there again.

I got there at 5:30pm and still had to wait 30 min for a room to be available. Seemed like front desk receptionist was overwhelmed

Will never stay again The room was very clean. If you needed anything you had to go the office to get it or check it out. The room didn't have a blow dryer, I called the office to get one and I had to go to the office with wet hair to check it out, sign it out, when done, sign it back in. I have NEVER had to do that. Most places bring it to your room. They say they serve breakfast, well if you call a packaged muffin or granola bar and coffee breakfast, then they do. Find another hotel Called to let the hotel know we would be arriving late (around midnight) they said that was fine. Got there and knocks on the office door and called the office phone as instructed for over 30 minutes before someone let us in. Her response was " I was busy, I couldn't hear the phone ringing". If we didn't have a 6am flight the next day I would have left and found other arrangements. Room was dirty, fridge leaked water. Worst service to date.

Extended Stay America dirty room Our room had full trash can and trash bags with more trash under cabinet. Floor had not been vacuumed and hairs in tub. The kitchen counter was sticky. We had a late arrival- only amenity were towels and toilet paper. Toilet seat broken. Outside door light not working. Garbage strewn outside our door. We would have left, but early flight in AM
