I give it a pleasant rating only because the staff was nice and it's fine for one night at an affordable hotel close to the airport. The floors and carpeting looked to have been newly installed, but the bathtub definitely showed signs of wear and tear; it was clean, but just looked worn. Same for the kitchen cabinets. The bed was comfortable. Again, fine for one evening.

Consition Bed was not comfortable at all and there were tiny pillows on it .the tub had a big chip out of it and the toilet ran all night
