The absolute worst check in of my life. Bringing me too a room that clearly was not cleaned then taking me to 3 other rooms to see which ones were cleaned or not at 10:30/11pm is terrible customer service. Absolute worst!!

The shelf was broken, the tv remote was broken, the floor was sticky, the bathroom still had soap in from prior occupant. Loud music in parking lot that attendant said she couldn't do anything about even though they were trespassing and noise was past 10pm. I would request a refund

Nothing was liked. Rooms smelled of bug spray. Carpet stained and torn. Whole place needs renovation.. Pictures are deceiving.

Don’t recommend The staff is nice. The property is old stinky & stained. There was a used tampon in the rooms trash can upon checking in. You can hear doors slamming night and day with the beautiful sound of people arguing. I don’t recommend this place for blue collar workers or anyone traveling.

Worst Hotel in my hometown I've ever stayed in There was no remote in my room. I called the desk and was advised. "I don't have any remote here," so no TV, which meant I could've saved the money because I have insomnia and can't sleep without a TV. And before you scream internet..... it was so slow that a software update took all night. All night. They don't have conditioners, and this is an extended stay. Meh, at best. Staff didn't speak English very well. Room keys didn't work - twice. Room had a hole in the wall by the bathroom, and the curtains were broken and just hanging there. I couldn't imagine staying there longer than 1 night, like we did. Extended Stay? No thank you.

I felt pretty unsafe because there was alot of young kids running the hallways. A fire had started in one of the rooms while i was there because someone fell asleep. Police had came for 3 seperate incidents during my stay! A bit sketchy. Room was pretty dirty. Staff was nice.
