Stinkiest Hotel Ever We booked this hotel because we lost our home electricity due to an ice storm. It was the only hotel within 50 miles with availability. Ten people waiting in line. One front desk clerk. For anyone who booked a room online (which was 6 out of the 10 in line), the clerk had to call her supervisor to find out where to place the customer. Bugs and mess I travel a lot for work, this was a last minute booking. However the room had a few dead bugs, lighting wasn't very good and overall out dates. Also, I requested a late check out, yet due to lack of communication between house keeping and the front desk, three different house keepers knocked on my door. One of the house keepers even "created music" with her knocking. Very unprofessional staff Dead BUGS

Never Again My husband caught 3 bugs in the room ( 2 lady bugs and 1 stink bug). When it was time to go to bed the sheets was dirty, with a used plastic spoon between the sheet and blanket. I had to call for a whole new sheet and blanket set. I will never stay at another Extended Stay America Ever !!!!!!!
Nothing special Overpriced for a single night stay. Room was dirty. I would not stay here again.
Money Saver It was fine, nothing special however it was under remodel while we were there
A place to stay Room was descent. Nothing spectacular. Attendant checking us in wasn't welcoming and didnt take the time to tell me about the wi-fi, breakfast or anything about the hotel. Kitchenette only had dishes for two. And biggest complaint is the tub did not drain when showering. Probably would not return to this hotel, nor recommend to others. Should have spent the extra bucks to stay at the Holiday Inn.
You get what you pay for... The bed was as hard as a rock, and lifted up when I set on the end of it. The pillows (there were only two) were flat and didn't offer any support. As a long term stay place, I would expect them not to offer standard "hotel" services for those folks, but I was staying the weekend and there was no shampoo, only hand soap, the coffee has been opened, and the toilet paper was basically out and there was none in the room.
