Don't forget anything Room was nice. Loved that it had a chair. Had stove refrig and sink. But no dishes. Called the front desk at 730 to have an extra pillow, a bowl, and a colendar delivered to my room. They never showed up. Walks to the main desk at 9 and asked about it , the staff actually chuckled and said they forgot. He goes in the back and say they have no extra pillows or bowls . The next morning walked down for a hairdryer and they again didn't not have any. Very disappointed I would love to stay there again cus th... read more
Needs work Linens laying in the hall does not make a good first impression. No toilet paper in the bathroom had to get some from the front desk. When using the bathroom sink for the first time the stopper handle came right out of the sink. The room was clean but maintenance has a long way to go. I would try to stay in one of the other nearby hotels next tome.
No Ice, no AC, no service. No ice machine and no air conditioning. Arrived late, needed ice for an injury, had to go out to buy it. Came back to a room with open windows and the knobs on the AC were spinning. No AC and by that time no one at the front desk and too tired to demand another room. What a rip off.
recovery at Extended Stay America I chose the ESA because based upon their website it offered the minimum amenities that I was looking for - I was having surgery and was going to recover there for 1 week following. On our first night the fire alarm went off from 3:14am - 4am. The days thereafter were disappointing, examples include - no water in vending machine, walked downstairs and the greeting from the front desk agent was a good morning with her head down (she never looked up), a employee of the hotel walked into our roo... read more
Terrible Went to MD for a soccer tournament. The hotel was terrible. Smelled like smoke. Rooms were dirty. Do not recommend! We ended up leaving and going to another hotel.
Very loud and uncomfortable The walls are so thin you can hear everything in the other rooms. Definitely annoying at 5am! The beds were probably least comfortable I've ever slept in. I travel to Baltimore all the time for business. I won't be returning to this hotel.
Could be worse but could be a lot better. There were no pillows on the bed when we arrived and we had to wait sometime for clean pillows to be available. The front desk person was kind enough to bring them when they were ready. The heat was left on at the max before we got in so the room felt like a sauna on arrival. The tv had no remote.
Close to highways Not what we expected thought it would be more like a residence inn
Too Bare Bones aka Bring your own soap Compared to other suite hotels, this one is too bare bones (no soap, cookware or dishes or hair dryer). The towels are so old they are scratchy (exfoliating?). You'll think sandpaper grit not thread count. Mattress, bedding and pillow are bare bones too and the cover smelled of smoke in a non-smoking room.
