wouldn't do it again I came to watch my daughter play tennis at Towson University. The hotel was very close by. That was the only good thing. They list amenities such as health club, tennis, etc. I guess these are nearby because they weren't at the hotel. I've stayed at Extended Stay Hotels before and I don't recall having no room service. We had to go to the front desk to get fresh towels The free breakfast was coffee, muffins and Oat Meal. The mattress was barely adequate.

OK location, staff friendly, person in our room! I thought it was "ok". It didn't not on the website that the lobby doors are locked after 11:30pm, so coming off the highway with my 8 yr old son alone and having to wait to be let in was not very nice that late at night in that area. Also, when we were checked into a room, we were given a room key and a post-it-note with our room # written on it (no check-in papers, receipts, etc) We were exhausted, my 8 yr old excitedly pushed his way into the hotel room, only to see a man sl... read more

Will use one in Aberdeen Upon arriving and checking in, opened the door go to bathroom and no toilet paper so walked back to front desk and no one to be found. So I called front desk and the paper was delivered. After using restroom the toilet wouldn't flush and water went everywhere. Caled again and all that was accomplished was a plunger brought. So all night no toilet and then I called about late check out and was told they did not have late check out. I normally stay at the same hotel in Aberdeen but since all booked up ... read more

There was significant communication issues between the reservation with Hotels.com and this hotel. Although I did make a couple changes (allowed according to the reservation), clearly there were miscommunications, as well, we could not then work through the front desk to "correct", so it was very inconvenient to have to call hotels.com while actually at the front desk of the hotel. In addition, we had a room with 2 double beds, but there were only 2 of all the dishware in the cupboard, so we had to ask for more (we had 4 peo... read more

Don't stay here! No maid service, uncomfortable beds, dirty halls, rooms have not been updated in quite some time. You would be much better staying one exit north at Hunt Valley.

Our room was terribly smoky and we had requested a non smoking room.

Gross property The blankets were torn and the sheets were stained- it grossed me out. I also jumped out of the shower with a wet head only to find no hair dryer! The rate of this property was about the same as the Holiday Inn down the street- I regretted not moving to this hotel.

Stinkiest Hotel Ever We booked this hotel because we lost our home electricity due to an ice storm. It was the only hotel within 50 miles with availability. Ten people waiting in line. One front desk clerk. For anyone who booked a room online (which was 6 out of the 10 in line), the clerk had to call her supervisor to find out where to place the customer. Waited 45 minutes to check in to our NON-smoking room. The lobby stunk, the elevator stunk, and the non-smoking room wreaked of cigarette smoke. I refused to stay in this s... read more

Bugs and mess I travel a lot for work, this was a last minute booking. However the room had a few dead bugs, lighting wasn't very good and overall out dates. Also, I requested a late check out, yet due to lack of communication between house keeping and the front desk, three different house keepers knocked on my door. One of the house keepers even "created music" with her knocking. Very unprofessional staff Dead BUGS
