this place is horrible! Non smoking room was full of smoke!

I had to switch rooms twice and got no sleep because the air was not working. The room was positively sweltering all night despite being told the air would "kick on once the room reached a certain temperature." The bed was itchy and the floor and bathroom were dirty. I lived in a different extended stay for 4 months, this is not what you expect from them. Very disappointing.

Over priced for what it was Took forever to check in and once we got to our room it had a strange smell. Then the toilet backed up so we were able to change rooms. But that was a hassle because we were already tired from a long day. We had a pet which we disclosed at check in. The front desk called and hour later to say we didn't pay for the pet so we had to go back down to the lobby. No coffee maker in the room and two empty cracked ice cube trays a made things inconvenient. Not a great place for how expensive it was.

NOT AS ADVERTISED ROOM SMELLED LIKE CIGAR SMOKE. THE BREAKFAST IS A JOKE, ONLY APPLE, MUFFIN, GRANOLA BAR. KITCHEN WAS TERRIBLE, RV KITCHEN IS BETTER, LEFT AFTER 2ND NIGHT AND STAYED AT QUALITY SUITES DOWN THE STREET FOR CHEAPER AND THE ROOMS ARE AWESOME.

Room smelled of cat urine Room smelled of cat urine. Sheets seemed unclean. Gum on carpet floor. Etc. Breakfast consisted of some baskets with old looking items and granola bars. Would not recommend.
