So sad I was very disappointed in the cleanliness. I had to request cleaning supplies and clean the bathtub. There was literally soap scum on the edge of the tub where a bar of soap had sat. Then, since I had splashed water on the floor, I wiped it up. This made the cleaning cloth absolutely black. It was so disappointing. I like to relax in a room but this made me feel like it was dirty and uncomfortable. So sad.

Stay in Billings Good location and restaurants close by. Double beds were small doubles. Only a coffee bar, not a breakfast as listed. Staff very friendly and helpful.

DANGEROUS TO STAY HERE. Someone opened the door to my room at 10:30pm. Luckily I had used the slide catch or else I would have been face to face with an uninvited guest with who knows what intentions in mind. The staff got around to cancelling all the keys that opened my door and replacing my key about an hour later. I was informed by the clerk that the hotel had experienced a similar break-in the night before. Blood on my pillows it was gross

Kind of sketchy I had a barking dog in the room next door that barked all day long. There was broken glass all over the sidewalk by the back door that was there the whole week I was there. The kitchen utensils aren't in the room anymore you have to go to the front desk to get what you need. The hotel has gone downhill since the last time I stayed there 3 years ago.
