Our room smelled bad from the moment we checked in. We were there two nights, and a housekeeper never came to restock towels. Facilities were noce but they seemed short staffed.

requested kitchen supplies and was only given so much. Requested again and still did not receive them.

Such rude staff! They overbooked and knew it, had my phone number, and never alerted us that we did not have a room until we entered the lobby. Never stay Here

Room was dirty. There was no toilet paper on roll and no Kleenex at all.

What the hell is your policy?? Called 3X to the National # find out the cancellation policy, three different answers and nothing on websites. Being it’s pay in advance there are no refunds. But, I did cancel because I didn’t want to get screwed and so far things are ok. Never with them again because I don’t know what they’re going to do to me. They need a standard policy that someone that reads and speaks English can understand because their customer service people can’t figure it out. The room was acceptable, but after thr... read more

The staff at check in was rude. The breakfast, consisted of a granola bar or muffin option with only two pots of coffee. The refrigerator had an annoying loud sound and the room had a stale odd smell. Not the most pleasant experience when driving 12 hour to come to only to want sleep.

Bed bugs. My 4 year old is absolutely covered in bites. We were moved to a different room but that’s it.

Be advised Blonde front desk worker made it exceedingly hard to stay was constantly harrassed, walked in on, and treated poorly and well as my service dog. Other than that hotel staff was friendly
