Imperfect Stay The staff at this hotel are rude and difficult. The room was not equipped with kitchen supplies as one might expect. Breakfast was advertised, but as it turned out, all that was available was a granola bar and coffee on a narrow table as you LITERALLY walked out the front door. Services are lacking. "Breakfast" consists of a granola bar a a cup of coffee. Free WiFi appears to be dial-up. You can get faster service, but it costs you. A big downer for an extended stay!

No ice machine. Staff came across as a bit cranky but seemed to warm up after I joked around with her a bit. I was very shocked to learn that they did not have an ice machine. The front desk staff said that it was removed because of health reasons. I don't travel with a cooler so I rely on the hotel to have ice for my drinks.I would not have booked if I had known about the ice machine. Bad service Had to clean own room and no clean towels, unless you paid extra. Music loud and no one at the desk to help. They actted like they had no idea what they were doing. Left day early and they wouldn't refund room already paided. I wouldn't always anyone in by family to stay there.

The breakfast was not breakfast. It was coffee and granola bars or small muffins. The bed was rock hard and the refrigerator did not work. Every time the air conditioning kicked on it sounded like it was going to fall out of the wall.

Bad experience Upon entering the kitchen suite we found a full 32 gal open trashbag in the middle of the floor & it leaked. Had to ask for shower curtain. Had not been dusted in who knows how long. The counters & kitchen sink had not been cleaned. On the plus side the bathroom was clean as was the bedding & the bed & pillows were comfortable. Took down trash & Front desk staff thanked us-- no apology. They had a hard time locating the curtain. Only 1 bar soap no shampoo or lotion. Very disappointing. Will NOT return.

Stayed here because it was a few dollars cheaper Extremely poor customer service. Horribly uncomfortable bed and pillows. Shower was okay and had decent kitchen area. No rooms that do not allow pets and would not recommend staying here if you have allergies/asthma.

Rude staff Wouldn't stay hear again if I had a choose. Night staff super rude! Came in late, took at least 30 min of yelling down hall ways to get help. Housekeeping was really nice tho
