Evening desk clerk very nice. A.m. clerk had purple and pink hair. Manager sent someone to my room to clean floors and pick up condom wrapper left on floor. Never vacuumed. Dust caked on toilet lid. No coffee maker. Cont. Breakfast was a prewrapped muffin and coffee. Just a mess. Halls are dark and lobby was full of boxes in front of elevator. Panel in elevator looked like when you pushed a button the thing was gonna cave in.

Itchy and Uncomfortable Night We had an itchy and uncomfortable night in October this year at Extended Stay America in Billings. We'd paid US$15 extra for a King Size bed, but the room we were given only had a Queen Size bed. We went back downstairs, and they told us there were no King Size rooms available. Not too happy I was very excited about staying at this hotel because it had a kitchen and we could save some money by cooking our own meals. When we arrived I asked the lady at the front desk for a "started kit" of dishes and a pot and pan. She said that she would bring those items to our room. Never did. We had to get up at 4:30am the next morning and I still had no dishes. I called the front desk. They said that they could not bring them to me. I went down and picked up the "starter kit". Worst hotel experience EVER!! This was by far the worst hotel experience we have ever had. Our first room had a bunch of hair between the sheets and did not appear to really be cleaned. When they moved us to a second room the lights were on, beer bottles in the sink, beds unmade and dirty towels all over in the bathroom. When we got moved to our third room the bedding appeared to be clean so despite other issues with the room we just accepted it so we could get some sleep after driving for 16 hours.
