The hotel was overbooked when we got there so they didnt have a room for us even though we had reservations. They rerouted us to a nearby hotel which was clean but old and run down. Probably wont book here again

During the night, someone hit the front of my truck causing severe damage to the front bumper and fender. I rented this room at this location in hopes of finding a safe place for my vehicle. After reporting this incident to the staff, I was informed that there were no exterior cameras. After driving a long distance, I just wanted to rest and not have to worry about anything. Now my truck has over $1,000 worth of damage. I will not be staying there again. The room however, was quite comfortable and nice.

Showed up and they overbooked. Did finally find us a room. Only 1 soap and garbage can. No ice machines. Said there was breakfast .None only a handful of granola bars . for the price was very VERY basic. We were in a hurry and the receptionist just kept talking instead of getting us checked in.

Bed sheets had not been washed and were dirty and had hair on them. We left immediately and got a refund.

Had experience When I first checked in they gave me a room that already had somebody in it. Then the second room smell like paint but I just dealt with it it was Dusty and not clean very well I would not recommend any of my family or friends to stay out this one

Strangely unsatisfied The front desk staff was the best part of our stay. No ice machine? She had ice cubes she had made herself. Very kind and upbeat considering the mediocre accommodations she hears about every shift. We stayed 3 nights. The room never got cleaned once. Our original room hadn't even been cleaned since its last guests. So glad the toilet didn't work so we could get a different room. I would suggest staying elsewhere.
