Elevator was broken on the day we left so we had to carry all of our luggage, cooler, etc downstairs from the third floor. Side doors were locked which was inconvenient.

No elevator no warning We got there. We checked in paid for the room and then were told the elevator was not working. We had to haul aĺl of our stuff up to the second floor which was not good as i have a bad back and a bad heart. If they had told us before we checked in we would have cancelled. We had booked an accessible room but being on the second floor it was ot accessible and i had to leave ny wheelchair in the truck. The bed was lumpy and the room was not properly cleaned.

Do not stay here Horrible bathroom. Chipped bathtub/shower, unclean bathroom counter, stained bathroom sink. Gal at the counter said to make sure our car doors were locked, because they had breakins in the past, so obviously, no security. Made us feel uneasy. "Breakfast included " was a joke! Coffee and a dry muffin...yucky!

Fine not great It was all fine, but nothing more than fine. Service was friendly enough. Room smelled a little funny, but not bad. Hotel was overall just really old. Laminate floors, in the bedrooms, slept on an old spring mattress on a metal frame. Definitely not the most comfortable room, felt comparable to a Motel 6, but it got the job done.

The room isn’t ready after we traveled many hours and no public bathroom! Lame! Need more than one person working!

Terrible excuse for "service" TLDR: Hotel canceled room stating "not enough rooms cleaned to fill reservations" at 7PM local time. I was never even on the property that day. I was billed for the room, and told that refund will take 7-10 days. I never should have been billed for the room that they "didnt have for me"
