Bowl Game in Birmingham Front desk was friendly. No room service unless you stayed 7 or more nights- understandable. If we needed anything (towels ect.) we could contact the front desk. I enjoyed having a full kitchen. There was a Super Walmart across the street, and only minutes away from a lot of places to eat, movie theatre, and shopping plazas. Nice hotel The hotel was nice but the hallways smelled of smoke (even though we were in the non smoking area) and musty and all night we heard nothing but barking dogs coming from the room next door. But overall it was nice considering the price. I would stay there again.

Positvie Experience Staff was courteous and concerned that our room was acceptible. The clerk called to see if we needed anything or if any problems existed with the room. It was clean and priced well. Good location.

Great room for the money My stay was very pleasant. The staff was the best they were very friendly. I had the opportunity to meet someone on every shift and the hospitality was the same. The room was very clean, and had one incident where the iron messed up my white pants but the staff had them laundered for me and gave them back the same day. The only thing that I can say that may not be positive is that the halls reaped of a smoky smell, but I could deal with that it wasn't in my room. Overall the stay was very pleasant

Needs Improvement The first room was nasty. There was hair in the bathroom and it smelled like smoke. The AC was leaking all in the floor. They gave me a second room. It was better but still smelled like smoke. I will not stay at the hotel nor would I recommend it to anyone else.

Needs Improvement Missing ice trays, no toilet paper, rather dingy room. No one at desk. Staff was agreeable if they could be found. Location was convenient to where we were visiting.

Noisy at Night I think it may have been a prom weekend. I was awakened at 1:00, 2:30, 3:00 and 4:00 am by slamming doors, big mouths and loud music. The hotel and staff were fine.

Well worth the money This motel is very esy to get to with plenty of places to eat and shop in the area. It does have a pool although I did not use it. It is in a safe area also.
