First of all they wanted us to do another deposit to get pots and pans for the lil kitchen which i felt was absurd and then the front door handle was broke that the staff knew about smh and there was a hole in the dresser. Bed wasnt comfortable. Me and myhunny are never staying there again

My room wasn’t clean! I had to purchase cleaning supplies and clean the room myself. There was black, sticky gunk on the carpet, the cabinets, and drawer handles. There is no elevator and stairs are inevitably due to the owners and family living on the first floor. The fridge was gross. If I could’ve gotten a refund I wouldn’t have stayed! As a whole

Pictures are deceiving. There was a roach smooshed on the wall. I got shocked by the bathroom light switch. Only after I woke up the next day did I see what looked like blood stains on my sheets. I woke up with bug bites. Will be uploading pictures to my Google review.

Paid 400 and stayed in my car 3 nights due to bed bugs they moved me amd still had bed bigs in the next room i spent well over 2000 there in 3 weeks and only refunded me 170 not to mention putting stuff in my car had to get detailed because of bed bugs. I wouldn't recommend this place at all

They took most my deposit for my friend's dog when I was told since my friend's dog wouldn't be there the whole time I didn't need to come let them know when she arrived. They should take that up with their employee that told me the wrong thing, not take it out of my deposit.

Bed bugs i have always stayed here when i am in town for the last 6yrs but this new management doesn't care.

when I reached the hotel yesterday I checked in and the room was completely messy and in an unacceptable condition. So I contacted my agent today and I asked and tell him that I would not like to stay in the hotel and he checked me out but I had still stuff in the room.
