Bad This hotel was terrible. The carpet was stained. Roaches. No linen for the coach.There was a stick in the door. Not safe at all.

I thought it was supposed to have continent breakfast and it did not, Only Coffee Muffins and breakfast bars Which I don’t eat neither one When I check out I went to buy breakfast from a restaurant.. I wasn’t happy about that at all.

Upon check-in, we were told we could not use cash or debit to pay, only credit. As someone with no credit cards, this was an issue. The check in clerk made an exception since I has exact change. The entire facility smelled of cigarettes and marijuana. Don’t choose this facility unless you just need a bed to crash in for the night.

3 story hotel, no elevator. Most broken down couch and mattress we have ever seen in a hotel. We had to place one of the bed pillows under the mattress to prop up one side. Even though a suite hotel, no kitchen plates, silverware, glasses, cups, nothing. You have to request them from the front desk. I requested last night at 6pm. Would not recommend! Firstly they have office hours and it closes at 11pm. We arrived way before that time to a line of people waiting to check-in as well. The office door was closed but we could see them in there moving around. We waited approximately 20 minutes before anyone came to assist us. The woman kept darting her eyes around and was acting very suspicious. We were given a nonsmoking room, but the whole building smelled like smoke. The walls were very thin.
