When I opened the light in the kitchen, I saw a big roach running over the counter I told receptionist that I wanted an upgrade or my money back. She told me there would be an upcharge. She had to call manager and to give me the upgrade at no charge. I was informed that I had to vacate the new room on Wednesday I requested a blow dryer ( none in room) and was told I needed to see the day receptionist because she had no idea where there was one. Roaches and terrible staff

Roaches everywhere

Very dated and dingy. I felt unsafe staying in this hotel. Would not recommend.

Know the condition of room Sofa sleeper was broken. Two employees tried to fix. Thought we could use it but during the night found out it was beyond use. Room should never had 4 people booked in it.

Suppose to have 2 beds. Sofa bed broken. Said I would get refund. Now she says I have to contact Expedia
