Je n'ai pas apprécié dans un 1er temps l'accueil. On nous as fait attendre 35 mn pour nous donner notre chambre qui en plus netait pas prête. Le sol etait sale. Et le petit dejuener nen etait pas un. Juste café et muffin emballés

No elevator has to take the stairs. No ice machine. Hair in the ice trays in the room. Table leg was weak, broken.

When I opened the light in the kitchen, I saw a big roach running over the counter I told receptionist that I wanted an upgrade or my money back. She told me there would be an upcharge. She had to call manager and to give me the upgrade at no charge. I was informed that I had to vacate the new room on Wednesday I requested a blow dryer ( none in room) and was told I needed to see the day receptionist because she had no idea where there was one. Know the condition of room Sofa sleeper was broken. Two employees tried to fix. Thought we could use it but during the night found out it was beyond use. Room should never had 4 people booked in it.
