We been stay at extended stay America every trip we took .in the beginning was good .clean and good service.but now seem like they don’t care much any more.very disappointed!!

Not good Sheets hadn’t been changed and were dirty. Very low water pressure in the shower.

The 4 times I stayed at the extended stay America There is never any one at the front desk when I get there

Would not recommend this property. My reservation was for three people. No bed linens for the sofa bed. Had to ask three times and use an upset tone to get them. This is after I volunteered to wait for the linens at the front desk. Found socks of what I could assume was from previous guests. Did not trust the cleanliness of the room. This was NOT a pleasant stay.

Extended Sleepless Anxious Stay I was on a business trip on 5-28-20 and this stay was on the return leg of trip. My wife had booked the trip and was given a confirmation #. Being I was traveling late that night, my wife called the Extended Stay on State Farm Pkwy, Birmingham to confirm there would not be a issue with a late check in.
