The room was not very clean - the floors were sticky, and the bedding under the sheet had an obvious urine stain. The trash from the previous occupant had not been removed. I saw a cockroach on the floor. While a "non smoking" facility, I could regularly smell cigarette smoke from my room. The free "breakfast" ran out of coffee. The only positive thing was the woman who checked us in who was very friendly and helpful.

Need remodeled and security The mattress and pulled out sleeper had a big urine stain Shower curtain had a blood stain. At night someone put a rock to prop open the back door. Smell like dog poop. I kill a roach

Terrible. Don’t stay there. The hotel was dirty and needs updates badly. Shower didn’t work and tub was stained. Halls smelled of marijuana and other guests screamed and cursed half the night, regardless of us calling front desk. Wouldn’t recommend.

Didn't feel safe The best part was the front desk staff - very nice woman. My biggest problem is that all the exterior doors were propped open for people that were smoking on the property. On top of that, the entire property is smoke free, but our room reeked of cigarette smoke. The insides of the cabinets were dirty, and the floor was sticky.

No elevator, no ice machine, ac only worked part of the time, they were suppose to get someone to fix it, never happened. No housekeeping so I called front desk & let them know. They replied “ oh you don’t get housekeeping if you stay 2 days, only if you stay 7 & then you get one cleaning. Me “ ok then can we get someone to bring us some toilet paper then?
