Needs some TLC As soon as I entered the room I could smell a bad oder. It was a pet friendly room, but I've stayed in other pet friendly rooms and they didn't smell. I also saw a roach crawling down the wall. So if there's one you know he brought his family.

tv busted horrible stains in bathroom poor entrence markings

Worst hotel One of the worst hotels I ever been to I have never heard of not changing the sheets and towers unless your staying more than 7 days totally nasty bathroom not cleaned properly floors nasty bed linening was nastier just an unpleasant stay for over $400 dollars

DO NOT STAY HERE! Absolutely terrible. Tried this place because I was traveling with a large family and thought the larger space and kitchens would be worth it since I typically stay at the Sheraton when visiting Birmingham, Al but was that a mistake! By far my worst experience at any hotel ever. There’s no elevator which is a pain if you have quite a bit of luggage like we did. The air conditioning in our room didn’t work, the pullout mattress was so filthy and disgusting (I’m sure there was dried blood on it) maintenance h... read more

Bad night The air was turned down to 65 degrees and it was barely cooling, my wife had to clean the tub it had hair all in it..YUK!!! Lastly nt wife needed a blowdryer so she called the desk the lady working was not happy to be there acted like i interrupted her nap....I informed her of the the problem with ac and about the filthy tub her reply to me was " all I can do is tell SOMEONE in the morning, " NOT HAPPY WITH THIS EXPERIENCE ST ALL::((

Needs renovations and better upkeep I will start by saying the front desk staff was awesome they did whatever they could to accommodate me but as far as the rooms I was not satisfied. My first room smelled like fish so I was moved to another room. In that room : a battery was missing from the remote; the floor in the kitchen with sticky; the shower head was broken and squirting water everywhere. I had to use all of my towels to get up the water and plus wrap a face cloth around it to keep it from squirting everywhere to take... read more

The single staff member I met was very nice but no one ever came to clean or straighten the room or even take out the trash the entire 5 days I was there. The place looks and feels like a run down projects building in the ghetto. My room door had apparently been kicked down previously with minor repairs made to it to make it serviceable again. It had a full kitchen area but with nothing in it. No dishes, glasses, flatware or even ice trays for the empty freezer. There were no glasses in the room at all so I had to re-use cup... read more

in desperate need of remodel, rooms smelled bad this place needs to be updated, it looks like all furniture was straight out of the 80s and has not been upgraded. WILL NOT stay there again

Sorry for a not so good review The first room smelled heavily of smoke although this is a smoke free hotel. My grandson has asthma and we could not stay here. Luckily she was able to move us to a room upstairs. In the bathroom was a dead roach, which freaked us out. When we pulled out the couch the sheets were clearly not cleaned and looked like little drops of blood (which made us think "bed bugs").
