One To Avoid Garbage overflowing on sidewalks, outside door broke, grates over drainage channel so far apart a motorcycle or small car could damage their tire. A/C unit needs cleaning, turned it on and it set off the smoke alarm. Breakfast was a joke, only coffee and muffins in a box. Three story WALK-UP "hotel" Why bother having a kitchen if one must hall up all your stuff three flights of stairs and no elevator???

The hotel smelled, the linens were put in bags damp leaving a mildew smell, a/c didn't work, toilets backed up. Had to pack up and leave! The front desk staff was amazing!

Beware before u book this place Third time staying here and things have gotten worse. There was a drawer missing in the kitchen, no available stocked dishes. The pull out couch was missing the mattress so not even we couldn't have a extra bed but u couldn't sit on the couch without the mattress because it sank in. They gave away our prepaid room and sent us away!! This hotel gave our room away, even though we had a prepaid reservation through Hotels.com - and all they did to fix the solution was to say "All our rooms are full - we can't help you" then proceeded to hang up. Let literally left us out in cold late at night without so much as an apology. We had to get another hotel almost an hour away. Not as advertised. The pool was cemented I made my reservation and prepaid over 6 mo before my stay and the day of my arrival I was notified that they were overbooked and moved me to another facility. I had reserved a deluxe studio with a sofa bed. The room that I was moved to had a recliner. The location required me to drive 30 min more each day for 6 days and I wasn't at the same location as my friends.

Very disappointed The rooms have been renovated, however the sofa bed mattress was really bad. If you arrive after hours it is a hassle to reach someone. The is a phone box with no phone inside. Not enough towels in the room, no sheets for the sofa bed. We took a cold shower for two days. No ice machines. Breakfast is a pack of oatmeal.

Needs updated and cleaned better Just a one night stay on our way to our destination. Looked old and sort of run down. Nice set up with bed, pull-out sofa, and kitchenette. However, our bed sheets had lots of hair in them. They looked clean...just hairy. We got fresh sheets from the front desk and remade our bed ourselves since it was late and there was only the one front desk woman on staff. She was very helpful.
