Unkempt and needs a lot of TLC. The location isn’t the best either.

I was expecting a lobby/continental breakfast area, though it didn't say anywhere it would, that was just me :) While that wasn't available, the service and friendliness of literally everyone there more than made up for it. With disabled parents, what could have been a difficult weekend, was instead pleasant.

Rates were very reasonable; accommodations were goid! Great location on South Veterans Parkway! (Although my mattress needed replacement and made noises--I advised them via their own survey to replace it). Have stayed here 4 times! Very nice hotel!

A wonderful & well priced home away from home Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel was very clean. I'd say one of the cleanest ones that I have ever seen in all my travels! And a shout out to Zach at the desk, he was always helpful and went beyond any staff experience I've had. The cleaning staff is very helpful and polite. It was a refreshing experience staying here and I will stay there when I'm in the area! Thank You!
