Broken AC, phone didn't work, limited TV channels, (Showtime is awful) Staff was very friendly and apologetic, met every need upon request. Otherwise, for the money I enjoyed the extra space, kitchen facilities.

Fridge was leaky and stepping in water when you first wake up wasn't pleasant.

The hotel was ok. The people were very friendly and courteous. The hotel was extremely understaffed for this busy weekend.
