The front desk staff was super nice. The room was....acceptable. Amenities were minimal. A too strong smell of bleach overpowered the room. Thankfully the weather was ok and we could open the windows! There was absolutely nothing extra with this booking, nothing.

Ordered queen room, upon arrival told there was only double bed rooms available. Some complaining later they managed to find us a queen room. No bathroom in lobby, which is important after driving.

Barebones! Well forget the complimentary breakfast, it's called "Grab and Go"! You get coffee, tea, hot chocolate (no juices or fruit!) Also prewrapped muffins and granola bars, that's it! Oh also oatmeal packets to make yourself with the hot water for tea bags. Housekeeping is extra! You take your dirty towels down to the desk and they will give you fresh ones. Take out your own trash too. The upside is that noone comes into your room!
Great location, cheap room rate (booked well in advance via Expedia), clean, excellent air conditioning, friendly staff, nice bathroom, quiet, basics. Kitchenette supplies obtainable at desk if desired, NO BUGS at all as whined about by others. My 8th time staying here (am from Florida) and will stay AGAIN--and again! (hotel is sold out as I leave so it has an excellent reputation with crew/team needs, too!)

Close to my mothers assisted living facility. Close to Starbucks and Steak and Shake. Like the easy of Veterans Pkway for getting to other parts of Bloomington.
