Overnight in Bloomington-Normal Hotel Staff not at desk on a regular basis upon 9pm checkin. Bed sheets had stains in places, as did the floor/carpet but nothing TOO bad. Walls really thin - the babies stopped crying at 11pm. Coffee was gone by 8 am in lobby & there is no way to make it in the room unless you bring it with you. Close to fast food & gas.
Very nice Absolutely no complaints. Very nice stay. Room very comfortable & clean. staff was very pleasant

Rooms not Cleaned I got in at 230 am but had picked up my room keys at 9 pm. My room had not been cleaned. Bed messed up & towels on the floor from previous guests. Sink full of dirty dishes. Took 30 minute to me a different room
Careful of Bed bugs Great price and everything seemed fine when we checked in. Room appeared clean; shower was a little tricky to work, but the staff helped us turn it on. No funny smells or anything. I woke up a few times during the night to adjust the temperature and my mom was so tired she fell asleep on top of the covers. My sister was the only one who slept under the covers. My sister woke up the next morning with bed bug bites on her arm and across her back. January stay Very hard to find the way in.
Clean hotel but needs more breakfast The grab and go breakfast is nice but it doesn't even compare to the breakfasts I've had at other hotels. Not enough variety and too small.
worth the price Great room for the price...the free breakfast left a little to be desired but over all not bad...I will be staying here again
