Clean complete room For a one night in-and-out, this room was a great value. For a longer stay, I'd choose a better location.

This hotel is outdated, not very clean or comfortable. I did make use of the refrigerator and freezer for food we were traveling with, the only plus for our family.

Disappearing staff Stayed at the hotel two days and only saw the staff at check in and even then had to call them on the phone. Literally had to call for a reservation when I was down the road to checkout as no one was around and would not answer the courtesy phone.

good Place was fine. Nothing particularly stood out as either good or bad. Clean, easy to get to.

Great place to stay very clean nice room, however the bed wasn't very comfortable, staff was excellent friendly and nice
Overnight in Bloomington-Normal Hotel Staff not at desk on a regular basis upon 9pm checkin. Bed sheets had stains in places, as did the floor/carpet but nothing TOO bad. Walls really thin - the babies stopped crying at 11pm. Coffee was gone by 8 am in lobby & there is no way to make it in the room unless you bring it with you. Close to fast food & gas.
