Wedding Weekend This was the nicest Extended Stay Hotel I have stayed in. Nicole at the front desk was very friendly and helpful! I would definitely reccommend this hotel!

Close to the business I was working at. Everything was alright except when you had to take your card to request your dishes, coffee pot, etc. and they brought them to me, my coffee pot still had the used coffee grounds in it with a lot of mold. I was totally disgusted. This took the rating of the hotel down for me.

convienance Our stay was great and hotel employees were great especially the young lady that checked us in welcomed us and helped us. So nice to be lose to airport as we had to leave at 4:15 a.m. to check in and catch plane. Do request to have wake up call service. It is so nice to rest easily in case alarm clock did not work but it did. Thanks for the comfortable stay. We will be staying there again. Stella and Bob.

Lovely front desk staff, but room not clean Our room was equipped with a kitchen, which was absolutely FILTHY. We had dinner out and brought home leftovers to eat later, and to our surprise our 'stocked' kitchen had no dishes or utensils at all. The only thing there was a dishtowel on the kitchen countertop, which was great, since I needed it to wash down the filth. Close to Grady's small amusement park The room was close to where my son lived in Bloomington, walking distance to Grady's amusement park with games, mini golf, go carts, batting cages & rides for children. Grady's had a nice pizza place to eat at with other menu items or you could take back to your hotel room. Also we could walk to the Burger King next door with a mini mart to get items for the kitchen in our room. Why did I even make a reservation? I reserved a SMOKING Kind-Bed room. I didn't go to a hotel that I preferred because I needed a SMOKING room. So, I spent MORE MONEY on this hotel SPECIFICALLY because I needed a hotel with a SMOKING room. I arrived, and was immediately told they DIDN'T EVEN OFFER SMOKING ROOMS ANYMORE. So instead of my Smoking King suite, I was given a non-smoking queen suite. Also, it said they would have a hair dryer, which they didn't...and a coffee pot which they didn't. they left the light on for us. the breakfast was truly grab and go. Room was clean and comfortable. We were facing the street and I don't even remember hearing traffic. My only issue was that when we got there at 9.00pm there was a sign telling us to call ext. 600 for the office personnel and when we left at 8.00am the same sign was there. It seemed like no one was watching the front. Other than that, everything was fine. We have stayed there before and would stay again.
