We were sent here because we have a dog with us and needed a pet friendly room. We arrive and they did not have a pet friendly room available nor were we told of the $25 pet fee.
You Get what You Pay For Finding and checking into the hotel was a breeze, with Brandi, the clerk helping us every step of the way. Our stay was going to be 5 days, so we were glad to have such good service. Our room was perfectly adequate and we were glad to have the full sized fridge for our food (we brought stuff to prepare meals). We noticed that the floor in our room seemed sort of wet, musty from the air conditioning. We also saw that it turned our feet BLACK when we walked on it. That was less than pleasant. Comfortable, accessible The hotel was in a great location. It was comfortable, clean and a good view.
Nice hotel. We were only staying one night and were out of the hotel most of it. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and efficient and gave us good directions when we asked. It was nice to have a refrigerator in the room and if we would have been staying longer the kitchenette would have been a nice addition. The only complaint would be that the walls could have been thicker. We could easily hear the noise from the hallway when we were in our room. Will do in a pinch, but don't expect much Pros: relatively cheap, mostly clean Cons: seemed to be out of everything guests requested (i.e. air mattresses, extra pillows/blankets, double rooms when specifically reserved ahead of time), rowdy other guests, slippery top blankets that do not stay put all night, and slightly dirty bathroom, mostly uncomfortable beds.
