The room is fine especially for the price. The check in is bad though. Both times I have checked in the service was not good.

Overall Very reasonable with easy access to major roads . There is a good lake for fishing -- caught several bass!

The room wasn't clean, the furnishings and appliances were old and worn out. Breakfast was coffee and some prepackaged off-brand muffins. Coffee cups were bathroom plastic cups.

Mattress worn. Bed and frame loud noise with slightest movement. No breakfast. No coffee in room. No coffee at "breakfast time" in lobby. Only Hot water in lobby. There were instant oatmeal packets but no bowls, or utensils to use them. When told coffee was still brewing I asked for a cup to wait and was told they are out of cups.

The room I reserved wasn't avaliable once I arrived to the hotel and was told I would need to pay more for a different room.
