The room is fine especially for the price. The check in is bad though. Both times I have checked in the service was not good.

Overall Very reasonable with easy access to major roads . There is a good lake for fishing -- caught several bass!

It appears that the establishment was unfavorably compared to a "cockroach hotel," and I find this description to be quite fitting, based on my experience. I was, regrettably, obliged to stay there for almost a week. During my stay, the room had a persistent odor of mold and stale cigarette smoke, reminiscent of a dilapidated 1960s bar, and there were numerous cockroaches present. Not remodeled as advertised
Bathroom could be cleaner. Right next to the train tracks so i do not reccomend this property for light sleepers.
