Lost reservation Somewhere between hotels.com and Extended Stay my reservation was lost and since this was the second time in a row I can't recommend either one.
The worst Extended Stay America I have stayed at This place was not taken care of and dirty. The shower had cigarette burns, the toilet was stained, the walls had marks all over them, and the chair had stains on the cushions. The hallways where hot and the elevator was even hotter. The staircase smelt like rotting trash.

The moldy stay The room come with kitchen items but now you have to request them and then unpack and put them away. If I have been traveling don't wNt to do more unpacking not impresses. The bath room shower had mold not impressed with housekeeping. The best part of the whole stay was heather at the front desk.
Terrible time. Awful room as soon as I walked in it seemed like I was a burden on the hotel staff. They were rude and very unfriendly. I then got to my no smoking room and there were cigarette buts in the sink and ash on the bed. The bed was not even made. This wasa terrible time and I will never stay there again

Don't Trust the Wrapper The brand is well known, but don't trust the wrapper. This facility is in disrepair with broken tiles on the floors and torn carpets. Even the "self-service" luggage cart was rickety. The room we were assigned was indicative of the common areas. The overall condition of everything was old and dirty and I'm not talking about surface dirt. Extended Stay America - Boise - South Vista Avenue The phrase, you get what you pay for, stands true. Needed a hotel by the airport, and reviewed reservation sight.Picture detail was similar, but not precise. The bathroom - when went into bathroom, saw something in the mirror - behind the door on the towel holder was a pair of men's underwear. Smelled like an ashtray Carpets and chair in room were very dirty. Definitely needs upgrading.
Disappointing The second floor hallway carpet was so dirty it was nasty. Looked like it had not been vacuumed in a month. The carpet was so dirty it had dark pathways leading into each room. The room and room carpet was much cleaner.
