YUCK Horribly run down place. would never stay here again and will tell others the same

A terrible experience Dirty rooms and not as advertised. The "fully equipped kitchens" didn't have any dishes, pots, pans, or silverware. I ate my dinner with my fingers. The toilet was full of toilet paper and clogged when I got to my room. The guy that came and plunged it slopped toilet water all over the floor and just left it there. The heater sounded like an airplane trying to take off.

Just don't risk it. I stayed there a few weeks ago and had dirty towels hanging on the rack. No dishes in the "fully stocked" kitchen and a broken TV remote. Decided to give them a second chance. Big mistake. I told the clerk about my previous experience and he "checked my room"before giving me a key. After getting the all clear I headed to my room only to find a bloody bandaid in the hallway that the clerk had walked by at least twice. A bad omen as it turned out. Inside lobby elevator and hall smelled bad. No washcloths in room. Light next to bed didn't work. Room needed a paint job. Wouldn't stay there again

Dirty and Smelly, but decent location Cigarette smoke smell throughout whole building including rooms. Service desk was friendly, but building overall was not very clean.

location was great but the hotel itself was aweful the carpet was stained and looked like it had never been shapooed. There was blood on the bathroom door that looked like it had been there for awile.Bed wasn't very comfortable, did like the mini kitchen but I had to bring my own coffee pot because one was not provided. The recliner chair that was in the room was broken and even if it wasn't broken I would not have sat in it, it was discussedingly dirty.

Disapointment Had a lot of employee kids hanging out in lobby and parking lot. Breakfast bars were old and they ran out of coffee.

Terrible, smelly, horrible. The only reason I booked this hotel was that I could see it across the street from where I was having dinner. Big mistake. I should have read the other reviews first. From the appearance and smell of the lobby alone I knew I couldn't stay there. I left and forfeited the money. this place shouldn't even be listed on hotels.com

Not up to quality of other Extended Stays I have stayed in Extended Stay Hotels previous and always been pleased. The Boise property was not clear, old carpet and furnishings, and dirty elevator. While the staff did indicate the second floor is up for renovation, there is no excuse for not using the vacuum cleaner!
